We try to make our more frequently used documents available online. However in order to know what you are looking for please request a specific document and we will try to put that on the website as time allows.
Note: certain documents will not be available publically due to possible mis-use. If you take a copy of any of our documents for use at another clinc, please let us know. We will be happy to share the information and exchange ideas.
